I purchased a mini sized Petticoat polish, since the glitter looked pastel and grey is such a good base that I can layer it over multiple different colours. It was packed well with lots of bubble wrap and arrived within the appropriate TAT. I've received good CS from them, and answer questions and messages within a business day.
This was great! The grey jelly base is thick, but being in a mini bottle didn't help (7ml is mini, 15ml is full sized). It also didn't smell at all! As compared to Gum drop, that’s a HUGE improvement to me.
Shown is one coat on my ring finger over one coat of Orly Liquid Vinyl, and no top coat. The rest are one coat of Sally Hansen 409 Good to Grape.
